We offer four beautiful cottages here at Prospect Farm and an additional larger property 10 miles away. Our Farm is accessed by a private drive, these tastefully converted stone barns are perfectly placed on the southern edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. Located between an abundance of scenic attractions including Dalby Forest, the North Yorkshire coastline and the Vale of Pickering, and only a short drive away from the livelier historic cathedral city of York.

Booked the Middleton 2 bedded cottage for 3 nights, other cottages available. Martyn is the perfect host. The cottage was warm and clean and quiet. Close to Thornton le Dale and Pickering and Scarborough about 35 mins away. Would not hesitate in recommending these cottages.

We found the farm easily, its ideally situated , we were greeted by Martin and made to feel very welcome as was our 9 month old dog , he told us about the surroundings area and where best to eat , the cottage was perfect with everything we needed . The cottage was clean and very comfortable,there with plenty of areas to walk our dog ,we will definitely return

Hilary and Martyn were fab hosts and made us feel most welcome. Even though, they themselves have only been there 2-3 weeks our apartment had everything we needed and felt, for us, home from home. We will definitely return in the near future. Thank you Angela & Lee from Oban

There is everything you would expect to be provided . We stayed for 4 nights & were happy with prospect farm ideal for exploring the North York Moors & coast. Very quiet with plenty of space for parking
